My name is Cecile VAY NGABUSI, I am married and a mother of 4 children. I registered into CEMADEF in 2008 and since then, I have learned a lot for my professional development.

Before joining CEMADEF, I did not have enough knowledge on good management of financial resources, but thanks to the mandatory monthly training programs, I learned how to better manage my resources and to diversify my investments. Starting from the sale of pharmaceuticals, I was able to open a restaurant and a retail shop.  I also own a chicken coop. My activities are developing positively thanks to the microcredit loans and knowledge acquired from this organization. I thank CEMADEF so much for its initiatives.
